For spectators travelling from Portsmouth, why not catch the Wightlink Flyer.  The Fast Cat high speed passenger ferry leaves Portsmouth Hard at 6.20pm and 6.40pm going to Ryde Pier Head.  From The pier catch the train down to the Esplanade at Ryde where a bus will be waiting to take you to Smallbrook Stadium.  The cost includes return travel, the coach leaving Smallbrook at 9.50pm.  All for just £19.00.
Take M275 off the M27 towards Portsmouth and then follow signs for the car ferry terminal Wightlink Ferry to Ryde. From Ryde terminal turn right and at the traffic lights turn left onto the A3054. Continue on A3054 to Quarr Hill. On entering Ryde bear right onto Pelhurst Road then left onto Partlands Avenue then right into Ashley Road.
